NEW! Summer Stroke Clinic
Come and improve your skills in the four competitive swimming strokes with USA swimming coach Sandy Boman! Sandy is a current head coach at the Charter Oak Aquatics Club of the University of Hartford and a former coach at the Farmington Valley YMCA.

Beginner Competitive Swimmer (Red Cross Level 4/5): July 3, 5, 10, 12
Advanced Competitive Swimmer (Red Cross Level 6): July 17, 19, 25, 26
Time: 8-10am
Fee: $80
Minimum Enrollment: 3 participants
Maximum Enrollment: 20 participants
Clinic Info
- The clinic will run for two 2-week sessions on Tuesdays and Thursday mornings, and focus on different strokes, racing turns, touches, and starts for each day. Tuesdays will focus on freestyle and backstroke, while swimmers will tune up their breaststroke and butterfly on Thursdays.
