Young Chef Stirring a Bowl

This class is a cooking program that encompasses many aspects of the culinary arts. Youth will be working in a live kitchen, learning how to read and measure out quantities for recipes. Class creations will include small dishes from appetizers to desserts. Lessons on how to properly set a table, table manners, and waiting tables will also be incorporated. During the six week program, parents/caregivers will be invited to share in a special treat prepared by the class.



 The Instructor: Tiffany Chisholm is a CT licensed Educational Consultant with 12 years experience in the field. Her company, Clover Educational Consulting, provides quality educational serices to young children and youth, professional development, and so much more. She holds an associate degree in Early Childhood Education and a bachelor degree in Child Studies both from Goodwin College. She graduates this year with a master of Mangement and Organizational Leadership from Albertus Magnus College. She enjoys time with her children and husband, sports and cooking!
