Water Polo with Coach G

Water Polo combines fitness, swimming and play. Participants will learn drills for both water polo and swimming. Skills include stroke technique while shooting, dribbling, treading, kicking and throwing a ball.  We will set up goals and practice scoring from the center of the pool. For youth ages 9-14 who have finished at least level 5 of swim lessons. Great training for kids looking to improve confidence and competence in the water.
