Fitness Matrix - Fitness Matrix - June Fitness MatrixThis fun beginner-to-intermediate class provides a full-body workout using multiple fitness modalities: resistance training, cardio, balance, and stretching using resistance bands, light weights, steps, POUND Ripstix®, occasional dance fitness moves, and chairs for optional standing support. Each class varies slightly, but each works all major and some minor muscle groups. Bring your own tools or we can provide them. Instructor Kathi Boratko is an Athletics and Fitness Association of America™ (AFAA) certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor and owner of FITMiX with Kathi.
